Intelligence report says Iraq needs a new government!

The U.S intelligence report pretty much says that the current government is not managing the situation as it should have and it must do much more to bring peace and stability to Iraq and i for one have to whole hearted agree with the report.the report goes on to say that maybe it is time to change the current government especially as the current government only seems to increase the sectarian strife that is already bleeding Iraq dry day by day.
There has to be a solution and very soon at that.especially if the U.S forces what to withdraw,the must make sure that whatever govenrnment is there,it is able to enforce law and order and is able to guarantee some sort of peace and stability for its citizens!but with the way that things are going on there,that still remains a pipe dream.people in power are much more interested in getting revenge rather than establishing peace and eradicating sectarianism!
