Every day there are so many crimes that are being committed right in our very own backyards.so many of these criminals are more often than not underage.this only highlights the fact that our society as a whole is failing our children.maybe they need more than just 6 hours of school.of course i am not suggesting any behavioural modification or anything like that but just would like to point out that maybe there is some truth in the saying about idle minds and devils playground.
