The Iraqi pressure cooker!

As the United States probes the entire Blackwater issue,the situation in Iraq is deteriorating day by day.the whole world can see that the value of a human life has decreased by quite a lot as a result of this war.and what is more,the current instability is only making the situation even more worse.some of the Iraqi districts are quite well supplied and have most of the basic amenities.but for the rest of Iraq,such basic amenities is still a rarity.what is more,at the moment,the governers of the Iraqi provinces that are doing well,have put to a halt all these inter district migration.it is only human nature to travel and migrate to a place or district that is much better off and thereby take advantage of the various opportunities that are abound in that district.
To explain it more clearly,let me say East and West Berlin.the whole world saw how the east Berliners were suffering while the west Berliners were doing well.that is the sort of situation that is happening in Iraq,certain districts are doing well and what is more they are just point bland refusing to take in any more of their own country men,stating that they are already filled to the capacity.
What makes this situation even more heartbreaking is that most of the Iraqi's trying to leave Iraq for a much better and secure life for their families,now have to also face the fact that the neighbouring countries have also started refusing Iraqi refugees in.in short,the Iraq has become a sort of a pressure cooker within a pressure cooker with no place to go to.what is the United nations doing??
