5 terrorists exchanged for a captive?

Most of the countries have the policy of not undertaking any negotiations of any sort with terrorists but Afghanistan seems to have forgotten that rule.rather they negotiated with the terrorists when the Taliban kidnapped the Korean christian group and it is rumored that the Taleban were paid off then.naturally the taleban being who they are naturally used that money to regrouped, get new arms and get a whole deal stronger.now they kidnapped a german contractor as well as his 4 Afghanistan helpers.on hearing about this, the Afghan government immediately started negotiating with the Taleban and gave in to the Taleban demands that about 5 of their comrades who were being held in Afghan prisons to be let off right away.the Afghan government complied and got the German freed.
This sets a rather bad precedent to the rest of the world and what is more such acts by any government only serves to strengthen the Taleban and in future, the Taleban will think that they have the upper hand.when will the Afghan government realise that they have committed a serious error in judgement and they need to be more careful in the future when dealing with such terrorists.
