More storms in the Mid west!

If the recent floods in Utah were not enough the met dept has warned that More storms like the ones that were probably seen some 40 years ago are due to hit the mid west and soon at that.as a matter of fact as i am posting this,they may have already began.it only means more rain woes for the people there.what with having ones homes flooded to having the bare essentials run out and they probably will it is times like this that is supposed to make us think.so all i can say is that mu heart goes out to the resident of the flooded homes!good luck and i am sure that the sun will shine again and soon!

Utah mine collapse!

It is really sad when you have to wait not knowing whether your loved one is alive or not.that is what is currently happening at the coal mine in Utah.at the moment the rescue workers have drilled a very tiny hole all the way down and are planning to send a probe that will tell them as to whether there are any miners alive in the coal pit or not.
Mine collapses are dangerous and none more than a coal mine.because when a coal mine collapses,it not only shears off the rock but also raises the prospect of suffocation due to the coal dust.not a very nice way to go and i am sure that all of our hearts are in wishing that the miners are alive and are rescued very soon.of course as far as the effectiveness of the rescue goes,so far it has been anything other than shoddy.
